The Luxiar Apartments project is funded by Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria through the cooperative housing development scheme which allows for individuals to own houses without going through the delay and stress caused by Primary Mortgage Banks. Hence, it is RENT-TO-OWN applicable.

So you pay 30% equity (down payment) of any of the property types and get keys to your house then you pay the 70% balance via mortgage across a maximum repayment period of 30 years.

We have the following house types and their prices:
3-bedroom terrace duplex: N31m
2-bedroom blocks of flats: N19m
3-bedroom blocks of flats: N21m

So upon payment of 30% of the prices of any of these house types, you will be given keys to your house.
